JOB: Office Admin Role

Main purpose and scope of the job:

B-Engaged has experienced rapid growth over the past year, both with clients and staff. The purpose of this role will be to provide office admin / personal assistant duties.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Tickets arrangements for games / events 
  2. Greeting guests at stadium / venues for games / events
  3. Organising travel / hospitality for events
  4. Deliveries
  5. Organise calendars  
  6. Postage and packaging  
  7. Transporting of items / errands
  8. Admin for company documents 
  9. Liaising between company staff members

Skills and abilities:

  • Strong written English writing skills
  • Strong phone skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A knowledge and passion for providing high quality service
  • Experience using Google Docs, Sheets etc
  • Excellent time management.
  • The ability to manage time and perform under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills required to work with all staff members


  • Experience in concierge / office admin (min 1 year)
  • A working knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Calendars.




£18,000 – £20,000 Basic (dependent on experience)
