Spanish duo Bellerin and Fabregas have teamed up with their sponsors Puma to create the unique footwear for the eagerly anticipated showdown.
The players were ask to design the boots using symbolism and icons which have meaning for both themselves and the clubs they represent.Each boot features the colors of the player’s club and other graphic elements that represent not just the specific derby, but also personal insights gained from each player’s personal big game experiences.
To launch the boot both Bellerin and Fabregas took part in a PR stunt at a boxing gym in central London. The ring hosted the two players in a game of two-touch followed by an hour session of media.
A collaborative release that travels from the amateur game to the top of the tree, PUMA took to Pro:Direct LDN19 last night to launch the FC Herzogenaurach collection.
wIt was a party that packed serious pace with Hector Bellerin in attendance and leading the charge on a well styled game.
