B-Engaged Expands into North America, MENA and Germany
Sports marketing agency B-Engaged announces its $1m investment in a global launch into North America, DACH, and MENA. Continuing a commitment to developing sports audiences globally, the agency boasts a global roster of athletes and brands as its clients.
The agency already has an extensive talent roster with athlete clients such as Kai Havertz, Serge Gnabry, William Saliba, Alphonso Davies and other elite athletes from the world of football and boxing with Ben Whittaker.
Founded by CEO Ehsen Shah and Spanish International footballer, Hector Bellerin, the agency pushes forward with their mission to connect brands and athletes to sporting audiences around the world.
Shah will lead a global strategic move forming a B-Engaged Holding Group, where the regional businesses will operate a global footprint, with a localised mentality. Connecting with global leaders, Matthew Maccarone, Jassem Osseiran & Jan Havertz the B-Engaged global expansion comes as a result of eight years of continued excellence in the sporting industry alongside fellow group company, HIFEN Studios.
The strategic move comes after a number of years of planning and delivery of work in each market from the UK office, allowing the company to build its credibility and brand presence. Through the localised approach to the global expansion, the B-Engaged Group companies will continue to deliver best-in-class sports marketing campaigns through local teams in each region with a number of client wins already.
B-Engaged DACH has signed the group’s first-ever football manager, Brighton’s newly appointed Fabian Hurzeler. The DACH region has also initiated a collaborative partnership with UniDays, working closely with our UK headquarters to expand and enhance services in both sports marketing and communications.
Additionally, our North American office will join forces with our MENA office to propel OneFootball as a leading soccer brand in their respective regions, demonstrating our commitment to global growth and innovation.
Jan Havertz, former Adidas and football industry expert, joins as partner and Managing Director for the DACH region, with office locations in Germany. Matthew Maccarone, former Nike Canada Sports Marketing Director, will drive growth in the North American market as Managing Director. Jassem Osseiran has been appointed General Manager in the MENA region after a decade of leading media and gaming companies within the region. The group companies have already started work across each region with the likes of Esports World Cup, Fanatics, PUMA, Crocs and others.
