Experimenting with different posting times to identify when content receives the most engagement improved knowledge of PROTEC Recovery’s follower behaviour to adapt and streamline the posting schedule.

Each social media platform garners a unique audience and usage pattern – adapting to this was integral. Ordering posts around brand specific events proved to be an efficient posting technique, exemplified by our London Marathon community piece or collaboration with Ipswich Town’s Omari Hutchinson (then Chelsea).

By constantly staying up-to-date with social media trends, managing and responding to fan interactions and collaborating with other brands in the space, B-Engaged have rolled out a successful strategy that has helped create brand awareness, increased website traffic, generated leads and boosted overall sales for PROTEC Recovery.
